I've had the opportunity to ride with many of our city's Cabulance companies. In my opinion, Cabulance is by far the best. They are a smaller company, and have excellent customer service. They are on time, and treat customers with care & respect. Tek coordinates and dispatches rides-- he's friendly, well-organized, and helpful. He'll track your reservations, and send you email confirmations. My driver was Solomon-- a professional, experienced, and respectful driver. I immediately felt comfortable with him, and confident in his ability to navigate my wheelchair safely. This is what a Cabulance experience should be like. I began requesting Solomon and benefitted from the continuity of having the same competent, trustworthy driver. (He's also an interesting guy; I enjoyed our conversations in transit.) I had almost had almost given up the search for accessible transportation that didn't make me feel like "cargo". (Northwest Transportation was the worst, but that's another review.) I'm glad I didn't. What a difference in comfort level. Tip Solomon well; he deserves it. PS. I've now "graduated" to a knee scooter from the wheelchair. I no longer need the level of service (wheelchair) Cabulance provides. If anyone has ideas about an affordable reliable ride service that will pick up a knee scooter, please let me know~
